LaLou is a Prospect Heights wine bar with a focus on natural, biodynamic and small-production wines. The 150+ bottle list is a collaboration between friends and former colleagues Joe Campanale (restaurateur, beverage expert, Food & Wine Sommelier of the Year) and Dave Foss (a hospitality veteran and former Anfora wine buyer).

LaLou’s market-driven menu comes from rising star Ashley Rath, a culinary force behind Manhattan’s The Grill, where she received a three-star review from The New York Times’ Chief Food Critic, Pete Wells. Dishes are meant to mix-and-match, suitable for a light bite or a full meal.
